No Guarantee of Results
You acknowledge that credit repair results vary based on individual circumstances, including the accuracy of information reported by creditors and credit bureaus.
We do not guarantee any specific results, including increases in credit score or the removal of any particular item.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing a positive service experience.
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel at any time by notifying our team. Upon cancellation, we will refund your most recent invoice, generally covering payments made within the prior 30–45 days.
This satisfaction guarantee applies to the service experience only and does not guarantee any specific credit results or outcomes.
Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Participate in the process as needed
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
Failure to do so may impact service effectiveness.
Payments and Billing
All fees are disclosed prior to enrollment. By enrolling, you authorize Credit Repair Associates to charge the agreed-upon fees.
No fees will be charged in violation of applicable laws, including restrictions on advance fees where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel services at any time by submitting notice via email, phone, or your client portal.
Upon cancellation:
• Services will be discontinued.
• Any applicable refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee will be processed.
Credit Repair Disclosure
You acknowledge that:
• You have the right to obtain your credit report directly from credit bureaus.
• You have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information on your own at no cost.
• Credit Repair Associates does not perform any services that you cannot do yourself.
Limitation of Liability
Credit Repair Associates shall not be held liable for:
• Decisions made by credit bureaus, creditors, or third parties.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Changes (or lack of changes) to your credit profile.
All services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
